Shipping is free within New Zealand! 

Shipping International

We charge a flat rate of $25 for all international orders.

Returns

If a customer is not satisfied, they must submit a return request within seven (7) days of delivery. All returns must be approved in advance by Bijou Studio and the relevant Designer-Maker. Returns will be accepted only for merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and otherwise in its original condition. Bijou Studio has a diverse curation of Designer-Makers and therefore return requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis. If and when a request is approved, the Designer-Maker must receive the return shipment within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of approval. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Bijou Studio is not responsible for any items in the customer’s possession or en route, so we advise customers to choose a shipping option that has tracking and requires a signature. At this time, we can only offer refunds of the original purchase price minus $25NZD for the original (included) shipping fees. Customers will not be refunded for any taxes or duties incurred. Bijou Studio will issue refunds via the same method of payment used for the purchase.  Please allow three (3) business days for Bijou Studio to process the return once the item is received. The refund should appear in the customer’s bank account in five to ten (5-10) business days.

Make Time

Designer-Makers are instructed to provide Bijou Studio with the ‘Make Time’ of each of their products so that Bijou Studio knows the amount of time it will take them to produce the pieces and can notify consumers. This realistic window will be displayed on each individual product page and the Designer-Maker must make all reasonable efforts to make and ship their product within this time period. Ideally, this would be sometime within three (3) weeks but it is ultimately up to the Designer-Maker depending on what is feasible for them.

If the Designer-Maker experiences any delays with the making or shipment they must notify Bijou Studio as soon as possible so that Bijou Studio may inform the customer and make changes to the order if necessary.
